Meet Nurse Carline,

Hello!

My name is Carline Pisony, I am a Registered Nurse with a love for small town life. Pincher Creek has always been home for me and southern Alberta will always be a part of who I am. I knew at a young age that connecting with people and caring for others was a part of who I am and it would eventually be a part of my career.

I received my Bachelor of Nursing at Mount Royal University and after fast tracking the degree program, I graduated early and began practicing as a RN in 2015, excited to become a part of the nursing world.

Knowing that RN’s have a wide variety of career options available. I wanted to work where those options were abundant and little did I know, seven years of working in Calgary goes really fast!

I began working with postpartum moms and babies at Foothills Medical Centre and absolutely loved it, but after a few years I wanted to try something new. This is when a unique opportunity presented itself at an Oral Maxillofacial Surgical Clinic - an area I never even knew existed in nursing.

I fell in love with surgery and spent 5 years working as one of the main Surgical Assists and Lead Nurses at the clinic. I worked closely with all our clients, along side our head surgeon doing many surgeries in the clinic and at the Peter Lougheed Hospital.

Through this experience, I discovered the benefits of Neuromodulator Injections… AKA BOTOX. I completed the Neuromodulator Injection Course with Dr. Andrew Dargie through “The Botox Course” in Calgary in 2021.

I then became the primary injector at the surgical clinic in Calgary, I loved working to help patients struggling with migraines and teeth grinding (Bruxism). As well I also worked closely with Dr. Daniel Ruttle in Pincher Creek, learning more about the ‘finesse’ of Cosmetic Injections.

With knowing the benefits of both Therapeutic and Cosmetic Neuromodulators and looking for something I felt passionate about. I found an opportunity that could bring me back home after seven years of driving back and forth from Pincher Creek to Calgary and that was becoming a business owner.

I was wanting balance in my life, and this back-and-forth lifestyle was not sustainable.

Since opening Synced, I have met some amazing people, helped to educate many on the benefits of Botox and started the IV Nutritional Wellness portion of my company. It has been more fulfilling than I could have imagined.

I look forward to continuing my passions for connecting and caring for others as I expand my services.
