Hello!

I’m Carli Pisony, RN, BN, founder of Synced Wellness Group, home to Synced Injections, and Synced Clinical Spa here in Pincher Creek, Alberta. My journey started with a love for nursing and a genuine passion for helping people feel their best, inside and out. Over the years, that grew into something bigger: a love for entrepreneurship and the challenge of finding balance between caring for others, building a business, and staying grounded myself.

I’ve learned that confidence, wellness, and self-care are deeply connected. When those pieces come together, we feel more like ourselves again. Every treatment we offer is created with that intention in mind.

At Synced Wellness Group, my goal is simple: to create an experience that feels real, personal, and deeply cared for. No rush, no pressure — just space to breathe, reconnect, and leave feeling beautifully Synced. ✨🌿

Hi I’m Dawn, a Medical Aesthetician and the newest member of the Synced Clinical Spa team.

My passion for helping others feel their best began early, simply caring for people in any way I could. That instinct led me to earn my Medical Aesthetician diploma in October 2022, and I began practicing in Lethbridge.

In January 2024, I moved to Waterton Park, where life naturally slowed and shaped the grounded, intentional approach I bring into my work. Through the synchronicities of life, I met Carli in October 2025 and found my way to Synced Clinical Spa.

I take a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every treatment, blending skill, intention, and genuine care.

I look forward to welcoming you into the space and helping you find your Sync.
